General FAQs

This section includes general information about the hall, including the range of facilities we offer, capacity and access.

The hall is located on Rowington Green just off the B4439 (Old Warwick Road) between Hockley Heath and Hatton. Full contact details can be found here.

 The venue offers:

  • Main Hall with stage
  • Meeting Room
  • Separate bar area
  • Fully equipped professional kitchen

The Main Hall can accommodate 100 people seated at tables or 120 people theatre-style. The Meeting Room can accommodate 30 people seated.

Yes, the Meeting Room is included with venue hire and it can also be hired separately if needed.

It has a maximum capacity of 30 people seated and can be accessed directly from the car park.

The following are all available and included in the hire price:

  • AV System with hearing loop and microphones (advanced booking required)
  • Projector & Screen with the option to connect a laptop or other device (advanced booking required)
  • Full-fibre Wi-Fi available throughout the venue
  • Folding lightweight tables and upholstered chairs
  • Disabled access and toilet facilities
  • Large car park

Yes, the AV system and projector is available to all hirers however they require advanced booking.

Please let us know your requirements when booking the hall to ensure the equipment is made available on the day(s) of your event(s).

Full-fibre Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue at no additional cost.

The venue hire includes folding lightweight tables and upholstered chairs suitable for a wide variety of events.

As a hirer you have full access to our professional kitchen and bar. All cutlery, crockery and glasses are included with the booking and you're free to arrange your own catering services if desired.

In order to serve alcohol at your event (either paid for or free) you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from Warwick District Council.

Yes you can. Kindly note that if you're hosting an event which includes live entertainment, then you must apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from Warwick District Council.

The hall has full disabled access and includes a disabled toilet.

There is a large car park which surrounds the hall providing plenty of off-road parking for all of your guests.

Booking FAQs

This section includes answers to specific questions regarding booking the hall, payments and deposits.

Both the Main Hall and Meeting Room are available to hire by the hour. See the Booking Calendar for availability.

The booking system allows bookings up to 23:30. If you require the hall beyond this time, please add a note to your booking enquiry and the Booking Secretary will confirm availability.

Booking enquiries can be made via our Booking Page or by contacting a member of the team directly.

Once you've submitted a Booking Request our Booking Secretary will contact you to confirm the booking details. Once all details have been confirmed a payment request will be made.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque and must be made at least two weeks prior to your event.

£100 security deposit is required for all bookings.

This deposit is held against:

  • Damage to the Venue or its contents
  • Additional cleaning required if the Venue is not returned in its original condition

Once your booking is confirmed a payment request for both the booking and deposit will be sent via email.

Payment can be made via bank transfer or cheque and must be made at least two weeks prior to your event.

The deposit will be returned via bank transfer no more than two weeks after completion of your booking, providing the hall is returned as it was found following a post-event inspection.
